After several years of rental experience through major reservation brands, we have decided for the 2024 season and the following to promote a direct and friendly exchange with our guests. Our house is much more a home than a rental house; it is designed for sharing and not for yield and it is for these reasons that we have chosen to only rent to people who can respect our perception of this small seaside residence.

(maximum capacity 4 to 6 people)

Off season: January, February, March, April, November, December: 550 Euros

Mid season: May, June, September, October: 650 Euros

High season: July and August: 750 Euros

Studio:

(2 to 4 people) 

​

Off season: January, February, March, April, November, December: 200 Euros

Mid season: May, June, September, October: 250 Euros

High season: July and August: 350 Euros

Prices include cleaning, provision of household linen (except beach towels) and tourist taxes.

Departures must be scheduled for Saturday before noon.

Arrivals are possible from Saturday afternoon (4:00 p.m.) to allow cleaning to be done!
